Wilko is a family business that started as a single hardware store back in 1930. For over 90 years, wilko has made the lives of families easier by providing them with simple, affordable and reliable ways to help them get their home and garden jobs done. The business has grown from a one-shop business to an omnichannel retailer with over 400 stores across the UK, and a growing portfolio of in house products and brands. WilkinsonFuture is the venture capital arm of AHWL. WF makes private equity investments into UK-based start-up businesses, and UK based venture capital funds. We are sector agnostic and generally invest in opportunities ranging from Angel through Seed rounds.

WilkinsonProperty

WilkinsonProperty is the real estate arm of AHWL. We invest in commercial and residential property across the UK taking a generational view. We build strong relationships with our tenants, as well as the wider community where we are active. We act not only as investors, but as stewards, responsible for protecting and investing in developments and the people within them over a sustained period of time. Our flagship property is 120 Colmore Row in Birmingham, a Grade II listed office building.
